Sacla Shop delivers Sacla branded products to your door. We deliver through-out the UK, including the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. We also deliver to Europe and Worldwide. We keep delivery prices to the absolute minimum and process all orders within 24 hours of you placing the order. All our deliveries are expertly packed to minimise the risk of any breakages. Delivery charges include the cost of packaging and postage.

Delivery Guide:

Delivery cost is based on weight and the volume of your order. The best way to see how much an order will cost is to add the items to your shopping basket and select the your country or region within the UK.

All orders below 2KG are dispatched via Royal Mail. Orders over 2 KG are dispatched via our Courier service.

Delivery Times for UK Orders:

UK orders below 1KG 2-5 days (2nd Class)

UK orders between 1-1.5KG 1-2 days (1st Class)

UK orders between 1.5KG-2KG 2-5 days (RM Standard Parcel Service)

All UK orders over 2KG are dispatched via our next day courier service.

Interactive Service

All UK mainland customers who place an order for over 2KG can make use of our interactive service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or text message advising when your package will arrive with a hour delivery window. If the delivery time is not convenient, you will be directed to the Alchemyst web page, enabling you to change the delivery date/ time and to track your order. To make use of this service you will need to provide us with an email address or a mobile telephone number.

European and International Orders:

European and International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail small packets service (below 2KG) or via our Couriers (over 2KG). European orders typically arrive within 3-5 working days from date of dispatch. Delivery to non-European countries take between 4-10 working days from dispatch.
